The International Trade and Customs Group at Shin & Kim provides legal advice on procedures for resolution of WTO disputes; response to countervailing and anti-dumping duties; international trade laws; and acts by the Korea Trade Commission, such as anti-dumping, countervailing duties, and safeguard measures.
Shin & Kim successfully represented the Korean government and a Korean shipbuilder in a 2002 suit by the EU challenging the government¡¯s payment of subsidies to the shipbuilder.
Shin & Kim is also conducts hearing procedures for intellectual property infringement on behalf of domestic and foreign companies in line with the Korea Trade Commission.

Consultation on determination of customs relating to transfer pricing and royalty of imported goods
Consultation on classification of items for determination of customs rates
