Mr. Chang-Weon Rhee is a partner at Shin & Kim. Mr. Rhee's practice focuses on corporate law, including M&A, investment & restructuring transactions, securities law, and banking & financial transactions. Mr. Rhee has handled many high-profile international M&A transactions, as well as anti-dumping cases.
Mr. Rhee recently represented Fitch Ratings in its acquisition of a majority stake in Korea Ratings from Hanil Cement Co., Ltd., and also represented Fila Korea, Ltd., in its acquisition of Fila’s global footwear and apparel business, the first buy-out by a Korean subsidiary of its global parent business group.
