Shin & Kim’s Real Estate practice provides comprehensive legal services on a wide range of real estate transactions, including real estate investments and development, real estate funds, real estate investment trusts (REIT), social overhead capital (SOC), project finance vehicles (PFV), real estate finance and trusts. Our Real Estate team has represented global clients in many large and complex transactions around the world and has guided clients in making successful real estate investments in properties located in Korea, the United States, Canada, Japan and Southeast Asia. Over 60 professionals in the Real Estate team are working closely to provide focused, tailored and efficient services and solutions for the team’s clients.
