Public-Private Partnership
overview
Public-private partnerships (PPP) for social infrastructure (SOC) is an area that has steadily grown despite controversies and continuous changes in policy directions surrounding it. Our team of experts with vast experience in this area provides top quality services for SOC projects and their financing.
Our team has been actively involved in the amendment to the Act on Public-Private Partnerships in Infrastructure based on their knowledge and experience in SOC projects gained over many years of practice, and has provided advice for most of the infrastructure funds formed after the establishment and listing of the very first infrastructure fund in Korea. We also advised on the establishment of a global infrastructure fund and investments in overseas infrastructure projects driven by public-private partnership. In addition, our team has advised on project restructuring of SOC projects and achieved an outstanding outcome in almost all cases.
