overview
Our finance team has represented a diverse range of clients, both onshore and offshore, in finance transactions such as vanilla credit facilities, secured financing, guarantees and trade financing. We also regularly advise on loans taken out by domestic clients with foreign banks which are secured by foreign assets as well as those taken out by foreign companies with local banks through their local subsidiary.
We offer comprehensive legal services for credit financing, such as preparing, reviewing and negotiating loan documents, advising and attending to all licensing and regulatory requirements and filing reports and closely liaising with the relevant regulatory authorities, to ensure the successful closing of credit financings.
