Since the inception of the real estate trust system, Shin & Kim’s Real Estate Trust Disputes Practice has been advising clients in the resolution of disputes. Our team of experts has a wide range of experience in advising on disputes relating to asset management, land trusts, collateral trusts and disposal trusts, fund management agent services, REITs and real estate consulting. More recently, our team has been advising clients on disputes relating to urban planning (e.g., redevelopment and reconstruction) project development.
