Shin & Kim’s antitrust and competition team has several decades of experience defending clients against Korea’s most prominent cartel investigations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission (the “KFTC”). Our antitrust and competition team includes former officers of the KFTC with firsthand knowledge and experience conducting and prosecuting cartel investigations. Our experts advise on the complete investigative process, from dawn raids to successful resolution of the proceedings. We have particular expertise with leniency applications before the KFTC, and we also offer a full range of services for post-investigation remediation and compliance, criminal defense and litigation.
