Shin & Kim Presents at IBA Annual Conference Washington 2016

Senior Foreign Attorney John H. Choi and Partner Hyun Ah Kim of Shin & Kim gave presentations at the IBA (International Bar Association) Annual Conference 2016 held in Washington, DC from the 18th to 23rd of September 2016. 

At the conference attended by about 5,000 attorneys from around the world, Senior Foreign Attorney John H. Choi gave a presentation titled “The Antitrust/Intellectual Property Interface: How Are Courts and Competition Authorities Around the World Dealing with Standard Essential Patents and FRAND Commitments?” at a session hosted by the Antitrust Committee. Partner Hyun Ah Kim gave a presentation titled “Understanding the Environmental Ramifications of Real Estate” at a session hosted by the Environment, Health and Safety Law Committee.
