After opening its first Vietnamese office in Ho Chi Minh City in January 2017, Shin & Kim expanded its Vietnamese presence by opening a second office in the capital city of Hanoi on February 26, 2018.  Shin & Kim will hold an opening ceremony on April 24 to help celebrate the opening of the Hanoi office and to meet leaders from the local legal and business communities.

Shin & Kim’s two Vietnamese offices now employ some of its most highly respected and experienced legal professionals and support staff.  Specializing in a broad spectrum of legal fields, Shin & Kim attorneys are in constant collaboration with the offices in Korea and Ho Chi Minh City to provide a “one-stop shop” for legal services by prioritizing speed and efficiency in addressing clients’ legal needs.

Mr. Young-Su Park will serve as the Head of Shin & Kim’s Hanoi office and will be supported by a contingent of Vietnamese-licensed, local attorneys.  The Hanoi office’s practice will focus on providing legal advisory services in the areas of M&A, foreign investment, and operations in Vietnam, among others, for both Korean and foreign companies interested in conducting business in the vibrant, growing market of Vietnam.
