Shin & Kim established its ‘Pangyo Office-Innovation Center’ in May 2018 to provide legal services in the areas of investment, regulation, labor, intellectual property, etc. to domestic and overseas IT companies and startups in Pangyo and Seongnam on a timely basis. The opening ceremony of the Pangyo Office-Innovation Center was held on June 18, 2018.

Headed by Attorney Jae-Woo Im who is a renowned expert with decades of experience in M&A, investments and joint ventures, Pangyo Office-Innovation Center has two other attorneys based in Pangyo who will provide legal services to its clients. Attorney Joong-Il Cho has provided startups and technology companies with advice on investment while working for an Israeli law firm. Attorney Nam-Hoon Kim has provided advice on investments between Korea and China while working at King & Wood in China after studying at Tshinghua University.

In particular, the Pangyo Office-Innovation Center will operate high-definition cutting-edge equipment for video conferences in its conference room to help its clients in southern Gyeoggi Province receive face-to-face consulting services from about 480 experts stationed at Shin & Kim’s head office without the need to visit them.
