Youngsam Lee was re-elected as a member of the Special Committee on Regulatory Reform and Legislative Advancement, an affiliate of the Korea Communications Commission.

With respect to convergence products, such as wireless internet, smart phones, mobile television, and the launch of new services, the Commission aims to enhance consumer convenience and promote the development of related industries by seeking measures to improve regulations, systems and practices which are seen as obstacles to the convergence of broadcasting, telecommunication and the internet.
