Mr. Yong-Sung Lee is a partner at Shin & Kim. Mr. Lee’s practice focuses on criminal litigations.

Mr. Lee has extensive experience in criminal cases involving companies, white collar crime and politicians, and investigation of various investigation entities such as the prosecutors’ office.

Mr. Lee served as a public prosecutor at the Seosan Branch of the Kwangju District Public Prosecutors' Office, the Southern Branch of the Daejeon District Public Prosecutors' Office, the Seoul District Public Prosecutors' Office and the Pusan District Public Prosecutors' Office. Mr. Lee has plenty of experiences in extradition claims and also in advices on corporate compliance and internal investigations.
