Mr. Yang focuses on domestic litigation and arbitration – particularly, disputes involving securities, securities trusts, banking & finance and product liability. Mr. Yang has been involved in numerous significant civil and commercial cases including Korea’s first product liability lawsuit against tobacco manufacturers.
