Mr. Kim has written extensively and conducted research on topics related to securities and M&A law, and corporate law.
Mr. Kim has been providing legal advice on restructuring and conversion to a holdings company for listed companies and financial companies, such as the split and merger of Woori Financial Group, and on large-scale M&A and reorganization, such as the sale of Asiana Airlines. Mr. Kim has been recognized by various media for his expertise in the Corporate/M&A sector, including being selected as an M&A Power Attorney by the Korea Economic Daily.
