Mr. Byung Tae Kim is a partner at Shin & Kim. Mr. Kim’s main areas of practice include mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and general corporate transactions.

Mr. Kim has been involved in many significant cross-border investments and major mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Kim has also participated in many corporate restructuring matters especially for financial companies.
