With first-hand experience as a secretary to National Assembly members, Mr. Chang-Jun Park practices in the areas of Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT), data protection, digital technology, and data law, and focuses his practice on counseling and litigation on Information and Communications Technology (ICT), including regulatory defense for telecom operators, ICT-related laws and regulations review, personal information-related litigation defense, telecommunications business-related litigation defense, and government regulations-related counseling.

Mr. Park has successfully handled major domestic and international regulations in telecommunications, radio waves, new technology, the Internet (including prevention of disinformation, dissemination of illegal content, and data protection), and government regulation under the Mobile Device Distribution Improvement Act. In 2020, he received a commendation for his excellent advisory service on the development and rationalization of national telecommunications policy as an ICT expert from the Minister of Science and ICT, the competent government ministry.
