Mr. Young-Gue Kang graduated from Dong-A University and acquired his LL.M. from Yonsei University's Graduate School of Law. Mr. Kang served at various departments of the Korea Fair Trade Commission—such as the Investigation Planning Division and the Investigation Division I of the Investigation Bureau, the Manufacturing Subcontract Division of the Management Bureau at the KFTC Seoul Regional Office, the Anti-Monopoly Division (Manufacturing) of the Anti-Monopoly Bureau, and the Economic Analysis Division of the Office of Director General for Market Structure Policy. Especially, Mr. Kang handled numerous cases during his service at the Investigation Bureau and the Anti-Monopoly Bureau.
Since 2016, Mr. Kang has advised on various issues related to Antitrust Law, Subcontract Law, Standard Form Contract Terms Law and Labelling and Advertisement Law at Shin & Kim.
