Introduction

Ms. Kim is is a senior foreign attorney at Shin & Kim, whose main practice area is antitrust defense.

Ms. Kim advises companies and handles cases in various antitrust areas, including cartels, mergers and acquisitions, abuse of market dominant position, agency transactions, franchise business transactions, and door-to-door sales.

Ms. Kim began her career in U.S. antitrust law as a law clerk in the Antitrust Division of the Texas Attorney General's Office, and continued as a foreign associate at Dentons Lee where she defended a number of global companies and advised on various antitrust and M&A cases.

Mr. Kim is also a published author on various legal issues in the field of antitrust and has participated as a presenter or a member of a panel at domestic and international seminars.
