Introduction

Ms. Minjeong Go is a partner at Shin & Kim and her practice focuses on environmental and real estate (domestic and international real estate development, sale and purchase, management, and real estate finance) matters.

Based on her extensive understanding of and expertise in environmental and energy-related regulations such as air, water, waste, chemicals, greenhouse gases, environmental impact assessment, renewable energy, etc., as well as regulations in the real estate and related industries, she has successfully handled complex and sophisticated issues faced by companies throughout the process of strengthening existing businesses and developing new ones, including regulatory responses, licenses and permits, and negotiation and execution of transaction agreements.

Ms. Go graduated from Seoul National University College of Law and earned her LL.M. from Columbia University Law School. She completed the 37th judicial training course at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, and is admitted to the New York State Bar.
