Mr. Heon-Joon Ahn is a partner at Shin & Kim, and his main practice areas include real estate and litigation, including real estate development, construction, and trust, and criminal cases.

Since 2010, Mr. Ahn has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in real estate-related advisory, litigation, including construction, real estate development, and trust, and in criminal cases. In particular, he has extensive experience and expertise in construction and real estate-related disputes, including litigation and advice related to major domestic and international large-scale construction projects and PF projects, disputes and litigation related to construction contracts, lawsuits for defects and damages related to various constructions, civil engineering, and facility construction, and litigation and advice on reconstruction and redevelopment projects and urban development projects.

Mr. Ahn graduated from Korea University’s College of Law, passed the 48th Judicial Examination, and completed the 39th term of the Judicial Research and Training Institute.
