In the ‘2024 Lawfirm Consumer Report’, the first law firm service evaluation conducted by a legal newspaper in Korea targeting over 600 corporate legal representatives from the top 30 groups, including Samsung and SK, and the top 5 financial holding companies in Korea, Shin&Kim, LLC received the highest scores in all aspects of law firm capacity and business area among domestic law firms, ranking first with an overwhelming score.

Shin&Kim corroborated its strong top-tier standing by receiving the highest scores in ten areas, including, Strategic Planning, Business Agility, Communication, Active Practice of Partners-in-charge, Detailed and Objective Explanation (Post-Management), Stability of Service Procedures (Replacement of Attorneys), Reappointment and Recommendation, among others, in the competence assessment of law firms consisting of a total of 14 items.

In the evaluation of business areas, which consists of a total of 11 areas, the company took the lead by receiving scores above and beyond the average score in 9 areas: IT/TMT, personal information protection, fair trade, international arbitration/commerce, labor and employment, capital markets, taxes, major disasters, and intellectual property rights.

In addition, a total of 28 lawyers had the honor of being selected, including lawyer Chang, Jae Young (5 votes), who is highly regarded as an expert in corporate law and M&A, and lawyer Kim, Dong-Wook (3 votes) with exceptional expertise in the HR and labor sector.
