Mr. Yonghee Jeon is a partner at Shin & Kim. Mr. Jeon’s practice focuses on real estate, construction, trust, environmental and insurance law.

Mr. Jeon has been involved in many disputes related to real estate, construction (involving reconstruction & redevelopment), real estate trust business, bids for construction projects, the right to enjoy natural light and infringement of the environment.

Mr. Jeon graduated from the Seoul National University College of Law, and completed the 17th course of the Judicial Research and Training Institute. Before joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Jeon served as a judge advocate, he has been the general counsel of KB Real Estate Trust since 1998, and the general counsel of the Korea Land & Housing Corporation since 2019.
