Mr. Dae-Lae Noh served as Head of the Office for Government Policy Coordination and Deputy Vice Minister at the Ministry of Economy and Finance where he has handled various issues related to macro-policies, financial policies, and industrial policies. As Administrator of the Public Procurement Service and Minister of the Defense Acquisition Program Administration, Mr. Noh handled government procurement and arms development enforcement. Mr. Noh also served as Chairperson of the Korea Fair Trade Commission where he oversaw matters involving ICT regulations, tunneling, subcontracting, collusion, and unfair trade practices.
