Mr. Jang-sik Kim is currently a partner of Shin & Kim’s Real Estate Alternative Investment Group, and his main practice areas include consulting on the purchase and sale of real estate, development, project financing, structured finance, establishment and management of funds and REITs.

Mr. Kim graduated from Seoul National University College of Law and completed the 42nd term of the Judicial Research and Training Institute. Mr. Kim has been consistently advising on major transactions related to real estate alternative investments and, based on this experience, provides comprehensive and professional advice to leading domestic asset management companies, real estate trust companies, securities firms, banks, other financial institutions and companies.
