Mr. Yong-Ho Moon is a partner at Shin & Kim. Mr. Moon’s main areas of practice are commercial litigations, including intellectual property, venture business and information communication litigation. Mr. Moon served as a judge for 22 years. He was a presiding judge in the Patent Court of Korea. Mr. Moon was a professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute Supreme Court of Korea for 2 years. Mr. Moon has authored on topics related to compensation for illegal acts, copyright law and information law.
