Hyeyoung Park is a partner at Shin & Kim since November 2023. Mr. Park’s main practice areas are criminal litigation, particularly the areas where he accumulated expertise from various direct and indirect practices, such as food and healthcare, technology theft, embezzlement and malfeasance.
Before joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Park served as a prosecutor at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, Uijeongbu District Prosecutors' Office, and Jeonju District Prosecutors' Office, where he was in charge of special and high-tech investigations, and was widely recognized for her investigative skills as to be dispatched to the DAS Special Investigation Team. In 2021, he was promoted to Deputy Chief Prosecutor and served as the Head of the Violent Crimes Division of the Daegu District Prosecutors' Office and the Head of the Food and Drug Crimes Investigation Division of the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office, of which he accumulated extensive experience in search and seizure, interrogation, and digital forensics, including in her field of expertise of food and medicine.
Based on the expertise gained from nearly 20 years of service at major divisions such as special, violent crimes, food and medicine at the Prosecutors’ Offices, he provides effective legal assistance for investigations and criminal trials.
