Mr. Ki Rak Kim graduated summa cum laude from the Department of Customs at the National Tax College in 1998 and worked at the Korea Customs Service, Busan Customs Office, Yangsan Customs Office, Gimpo Customs Office, and Incheon Airport Customs Office, where he was involved in all aspects of customs services, including foreign exchange inspection, tariff audit, import/export clearance and customs clearance legality investigation, item classification, and duty-free shop operation management.
Prior to joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Kim worked at Kim & Chang, Lee & Ko, and Ernst & Young, where he worked extensively in the areas of duty-free license acquisition, customs violation investigation, foreign exchange transaction investigation, and tariff audit (transfer pricing).
