Ms. Sae Ron Oh is currently a partner at Shin & Kim, and her practice focuses on general corporate matters, hostile M&A, finance, trusts, real estate, and family disputes.

Ms. Oh has extensive experience in successfully handling hostile M&A and management rights disputes and bringing such cases to the best possible conclusion. She also has a successful track record of winning many other corporate law cases. In addition, she has considerable practical experience in family law cases, including inheritance, guardianship, and divorce.

• Handled a lawsuit to cancel the dismissal of a police officer, a request for dismissal of a private university teacher (professor), a lawsuit for invalidation of dismissal disposition, and a lawsuit to confirm the invalidation of dismissal for employees of several domestic companies
• Handled administrative litigation regarding a start-up company in connection with the cancellation of a disposition to recover business expenses and a disposition to restrict participation
• Handled administrative litigation regarding domestic hospitals, clinics, and nursing institutions, including cancellation of a business suspension disposition, and revocation of a disposition to recover nursing care expenses
• Represented a local government in a lawsuit to revoke a city management plan decision to change malodor-emitting facilities into a city park and a claim for damages based on the illegality of rejecting a report on the installation and operation of malodor-emitting facilities
• Handled a lawsuit seeking revocation of the refusal to accept the report on succession of the status of a business operator of a company that has won a bid in an auction to exercise a factory mortgage on the building and facilities of a meat packaging factory
