Mr. Joon-Hyun Park is a partner at Shin & Kim with seasoned expertise in the finance sector, and mainly practices in the field of financial regulatory advice, response to financial institution inspections and sanctions, overseas investment development, and unfair trade in the capital market, such as market manipulation. As a member of the Financial Regulatory PG, he provides regulatory advice for various financial institutions and represents financial institutions in responding to inspections and sanctions.
