概要
現在、法務法人(有)世宗の代表弁護士として、主たる業務分野は、 企業の買収・合併(M&A)業務、WTO/GATT等の国際通商法、 国際投資及び取引法、一般企業法務、国際訴訟及び仲裁部分であります。
主要国際投資及びM&A取引を遂行しており、韓国政府の法律顧問と政府代表として政府間における通商交渉に参加しました。また、東国大学国際情報大学院等にて国際通商法兼任教授を歴任しており、証券法及びM&A関連法、国際通商法、会社法等のテーマに対する数多くの論文を発表しています。
