Mr. Ghyo-Sun Park is a senior partner at Shin & Kim. Mr. Park focuses on commercial litigation including intellectual property, product liability, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and international arbitration.
Mr. Park has been involved in many significant patent infringement cases and product liability cases including first Korean Tobacco Litigation. He has also provided legal advise to SBS, one of the premier private broadcasting station and KBL, one of the popular professional sports entity. Mr. Park serves as a member of Advisory Committee for Intellectual Property Rights of the Korea Trade Commission. Also, He has elected as the President of the KIPLA (Korean Intellectual Property Lawyers Association) in 2021.

- Represented a client in a claim for damages from infringement and invalidation of patent of a new HIV medication between original drug companies
- Represented clients in multiple patent litigations in relation to medical inventions, including world-renowned immunosuppressants and diabetes medications
- Represented a client in Agent Orange product liability class action lawsuit raised by Vietnam veterans of Korea
- Represented a client in a claim for invalidation of use patents for Sildenafil for erectile dysfunction and use and dosage patents for Tadalafil
- Represented Korean and foreign automobile companies in a vehicle emission damages claim
