Shin & Kim has recently recruited Kyung Ho Kim, the former Presiding Judge of the Seoul Family Court. Mr. Kim started his legal career as a judge of the Seoul Central District Court in 1996, and subsequently served as a judge of the Criminal Division for Anti-corruption and the Civil Division for Media at the Seoul High Court, a research judge of the Supreme Court of Korea, and the presiding judge of the Criminal Division for Anti-corruption at the Changwon District Court, the Civil Division for Construction at the Suwon District Court, and the Seoul Family Court before joining Shin & Kim in March, 2014.
