概观
Mr. Byung Tae Kim is a partner at Shin & Kim. Mr. Kim’s main areas of practice include mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and general corporate transactions.
Mr. Kim has been involved in many significant cross-border investments and major mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Kim has also participated in many corporate restructuring matters especially for financial companies. As Korean companies are increasing their investment in the Latin American region, Mr. Kim, as an important member to the Latin America Practice Group at Shin & Kim, provides legal counsel on investment in the region for Korean companies.
Further, Mr. Kim has written extensively and conducted research on topics related to securities and M&A law, and corporate law.
Mr. Kim built up experience in various areas while working at the New York office of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, one of the top international law firms in the world.
