Myong-Hyon (Brandon) Ryu is a senior foreign attorney at Shin & Kim, and his practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund and venture capital fund transactions, international transactions, and general corporate transactions. Mr. Ryu also advises clients on anti-corruption, including anti-corruption due diligence in M&A transactions, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and internal investigations.

Mr. Ryu has extensive experience in successfully advising on large, complex, and high-profile cross-border M&A transactions (both inbound and outbound). He has advised on various cross-border transactions, including establishment of joint ventures, equity investments, general corporate transactions, and internal investigations on behalf of domestic and foreign companies and funds.
