Ms. Eesun Kwon is a partner at Shin & Kim and her practice focuses on intellectual property, data and information protection, and IT.

Ms. Kwon is an intellectual property attorney specializing in traditional intellectual property rights, such as patents and copyrights, as well as IT system development, software and new technologies such as AI. In particular, based on her in-depth understanding of the Personal Information Protection Act and data-related laws and a wealth of practical experience, she has worked on various matters related to the utilization of big data, advised on the improvement of related laws and institutions, and handled a wide range of issues involving new technologies such as AI, NFTs, and metaverse.
