Mr. Geon Kang is a partner at Shin & Kim and a member of the firm's tax group. His main practice areas include criminal investigations, advisory service, and complaints about customs-related areas.

He graduated from Sungkyunkwan University School of Law and completed Judicial Research and Training Institute. Before joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Kang not only served as a lawyer at Incheon Customs Office, but also worked at the Seoul Regional Tax Office and had extensive experience in domestic and customs related fields. He has been an advisor to Incheon Customs and a member of its in-house Patent Examination Committee since 2023.
