概观
Mr. Sung Beom Kim is a partner at Shin & Kim with his major practices as the provision of advice on audit, governmental regulation and legislation. Mr. Kim has extensive experience in handling affairs of public organizations, government ministries, local governments, etc. while working at the Board of Audit and Inspection and based on in-depth understanding on such subjects, he has provided general advice on remedy for violation of private right prior to any litigation. In particular, with his excellent experience-oriented case handling know-hows, he is specialized in the audit request system which has been recently increasingly used in addition to various types of claims and application systems, committee affairs, etc.
