Mr. Aleksei Stukalov is a senior foreign attorney (Russia) at Shin & Kim. His practice focuses on Russia and CIS-related business.

Aleksei practices in international commercial transactions, M&A, infrastructure projects, real estate, and cross-border dispute resolution (litigation). His practice focuses on advising Russian and foreign clients on matters involving legal structuring, due diligence, contract negotiation, corporate compliance, and investment structuring.

Aleksei obtained his law degree from Moscow State Law University. Prior to joining Shin & Kim, he worked in Moscow, advising on M&A transactions in the pharmaceutical and media sectors, supporting public-private partnership (PPP) projects, and structuring real estate investments. He also advises foreign investors entering the Russian market on corporate formation and compliance framework development.

From 2022 to 2024, he served as Chairman of the Moscow Business Rights Protection Committee within the Association of Lawyers of Russia. He is also engaged in academic activities, including lecturing at universities and conducting legal research.
