At the Paju Bookcity Forum 2010, which was organized by the Bookcity Culture Foundation on October 29, 2010, Attorney Sang-Hyeok Im from Shin & Kim discussed ‘Digital Shocks and Taiwanese Publishing Industry’s Crisis and Countermeasures’ with CEO Ying-Chun Chen of Owl Publishing and CEO Seong-Ryong Kim of Kyobo Book. Since its inception in 2006, the Paju Bookcity Forum has addressed the current issues and development of the publishing industry, and regularly inviting renowned experts in the publishing industry from all over the globe.
On September 9, 2010, he also gave a presentation on legal issues and examples under the theme of “Historical Persons in Drama and Defamation – Case of Drama ‘Seoul 1945’ – ” in the Monthly Case Research Society by the Korean Entertainment Law Society.
