At the Academic Conference on Improvement of Taxation of Financial Instruments organized by Korea Tax Law Society on October 29, 2010, Attorney Jong Chae Jung from Shin & Kim expressed his opinions as a panelist on improvement of taxation of financial income, value-added tax of financial transactions, and derivatives.
Mr. Jung has been engaged in a number of fair trade cases including cartel, business combination, abuse of market dominant position and tax-related cases including tax investigation, international tax, tax laws and regulations, and revision of rules. As a talented lawyer who also passed the higher Civil Service Examination, he has presented many papers on tax and fair trade and been actively engaged in presentations and discussions at various conferences.
