Attorney Yong Won Choi of Shin & Kim attended the 2010 IHCF Academy on Nov. 20, 2010, and gave a presentation on "Recent Legal Climate in China and Matters to be Considered in Investment in China (mainly on examples)".
Attorney Yong Won Choi, currently serving as Chief Representative of Shin & Kim's Beijing Office, is performing duties related to Chinese affairs on investments and M&A deals between Korean and China, etc., and has given a presentation on the Chinese legal system and relevant examples, etc. at the “Seminar on How Companies can Use Chinese Legal System in relation to M&A of Chinese Company” that Shin & Kim jointly held with the Federation of Korean Industries in 2008.
Participants in the 2010 IHCF Academy opined that Attorney Choi had successfully offered practical legal information required for business-management to corporate staff in charge of Chinese affairs based on his extensive work experience in China.
