Yong Woo Lee of Shin & Kim was appointed to the Advisory Board of the National Assembly’s Political Reform Committee on January 25, 2013. The Advisory Board was established to advise the Speaker of the National Assembly on political reforms in the National Assembly, exploring ways to improve the reliability of representative democracy and building the foundation for its continuous development.
Yong Woo Lee is a partner at Shin & Kim and his main practice areas include real estate, antitrust, M&A and general corporate matters. Previously, he has served on various advisory boards in different fields, including the special advisory board on U.S. military base issues and the Economic Policy Advisory Committee of the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
