In-House Congress Seoul 2010 took place on August 24, 2010, organized by Pacific Business Press and sponsored by Shin & Kim and other domestic and foreign law firms and advisory companies.
At the landmark event which was attended by more than 200 in-house lawyers and businessmen, Attorney Sinseob Kang and Bo Kyung Im and Foreign Legal Consultant Roger Chae gave a presentation under the title of “Is your Company Prepared for Product Liability Litigation?- Development and outlook of product liability law and issues in Korea.”
Both Mr. Kang and Mr. Chae took the time to discuss the current condition of domestic PLA and corporate countermeasures, along with foreign PLA cases.
