Accountant In-Hwa Chung and Attorney Jong Chae Jung at Shin & Kim participated as panelists in the second session of the ‘The 10th Fi-TICK Tax Seminar’ held on Oct. 28 and 29 of 2010.

Shin & Kim's attorneys and accountants have participated as presenters at the seminar above every year.  The seminar is meaningful as an opportunity for more than 100 domestic and overseas tax experts and corporate staff to give presentations on recent tax trends and issues and exchange opinions with each other.

Accountant In-Hwa Chung is performing tax-advisory service duties, tax investigation, and tax litigation related to domestic and overseas investments and M&A deals, restructuring, real-estate, financial transactions, etc. at Shin & Kim’s Tax Division, and has received a commendation from the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy in 2005 for his contribution to the business of supporting the attraction of foreign direct investment.

Attorney Jong Chae Jung is mainly in charge of duties of taxation, fair trade, etc., and has actively published theses on related topics and participated in association activities while performing his duties based on his work experience at tax authorities such as the Seoul Regional Tax Office.
