Shin & Kim sponsored the 2013 Korea-U.S. IP Judicial Conference, which was held at the COEX from October 21 to 22, 2013. The Conference was attended by about 800 patent attorneys and specialists, as well as delegates from the US and Korean government agencies, including the US Department of Justice, the Ministry of Justice of Korea and the Korea Intellectual Property Office.
Shin & Kim’s senior foreign attorney, Seong-Don Hwang, took part as a panelist in a parallel seminar on “Damages and Injunction”, and attorney Yoon-Hee Kim also expressed her opinions as a panelist in another parallel seminar on “Patent-Approval Linkage System”.
