On February 5, 2014, Young-Seok Ki of Shin & Kim gave a presentation entitled “Scope of Ordinary Wages – The Recent Supreme Court Decision and Its Impact in Practice” at the SKBC Breakfast Session hosted by the Swiss-Korean Business Council.
At the SKBC Breakfast Session, Baek-Lim Whang discussed (i) the definition and concept of ordinary wages, (ii) key points of the Supreme Court decision, (iii) cases and examples and (iv) reorganization of the wage system, which was followed by a Q&A session hosted together with Young-Seok Ki of Shin & Kim’s Special Practice Group on Ordinary Wages.
