Jae-Hyuk Choi is a partner at Shin & Kim and a member of the firm’s antitrust practice group.

Mr. Choi has represented multiple domestic and foreign companies in connection with antitrust litigation and investigations, including cartels, abuse of market dominance, unfair trade practices, unfair support, and merger controls. Mr. Choi also has experience in advising clients in other competition law matters, including the Act on Door-to-Door Sales and the Subcontracting Act.

Mr. Choi graduated from Seoul National University College of Law, earned his J.D. from Korea University School of Law, and his LL.M. from New York University School of Law. He joined the Korean Bar in 2013, joining the 2nd class of Korean Bar Examinees.

Mr. Choi has published numerous articles on antitrust issues, including those on unfair collaborative acts, and has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in antitrust in 2023 by the Legal Times.
