Mr. Hyojeon Kim is currently a partner at Shin & Kim, and his main areas of practice include general corporate affairs, management right disputes, rehabilitation and bankruptcy, and real estate-related litigation.

Mr. Kim has been in charge of numerous management right disputes and cases related to rehabilitation and bankruptcy and real estate, and he has accumulated extensive experience by providing advisory services and successfully leading various types of lawsuits.

Mr. Kim graduated from Korea University College of Law and Sungkyunkwan University Law School and has been working at Shin & Kim since 2018. He participates annually in the East Asia Bankruptcy Reconstruction Symposium hosted by the Insolvency Law Institute of Korea and serves as a member of the Commerce Practice Research Society of the Supreme Court and the Labor Law and Practice Research Society.
