Mr. Yong-Hwan Jeong is currently an associate at Shin & Kim, where his practice focuses on renewable energy projects such as wind, PV and fuel cell power projects, project financing of private investment projects under the Act on Public-Private Partnerships in Infrastructure, finance law, M&A, and general corporate law.

Since joining Shin & Kim, Mr. Jeong has advised on many transactions involving project financing (PF) of renewable energy projects such as wind, PV and fuel cell power projects. He has also worked on private investment projects under the Act on Public-Private Partnerships in Infrastructure, and has gained a wealth of experience and skills in this field by successfully advising and reviewing transactions of various structures. In addition, he has advised on financial affairs, M&A and general corporate matters for Korean and foreign financial institutions, and for companies in various industries.
