Mr. Taeseok Kim is a partner at Shin & Kim whose practice focuses on matters relating to antitrust law, including cartel, merger filing, abuse of market dominance, unfair trade practice, holding company and corporate group policy, franchise business transaction, subcontracting, contract terms regulation, labeling and advertising, door-to-door sales and multi-level marketing, and corporate counseling, case handling and administrative litigation in other consumer protection-related areas.

Mr. Kim graduated from Seoul National University with a B.A. in Economics, received his J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law, and is currently completing his Ph.D. program (specializing in Economic Law) at Seoul National University School of Law.
